Well this isn’t as much fun when the Badgers aren’t rolling. Again, take a look at the dates as some of these won’t have updates today. Also, check out the Bracket Matrix at Shelby’s Bracket WAG to see pretty much every Bracketology on the internet.

  • Wisconsin – East #2 seed against Northern Colorado (still in Milwaukee).
  • Michigan State – Midwest #1 seed against Old Dominion.
  • Iowa – South #3 seed against Georgia State.
  • Michigan – South #5 seed against winner of Tennessee and Providence.
  • Ohio State – South #8 seed against UCLA.
  • Minnesota – East #9 seed against Kansas State.

ESPN – (January 23)

  • Wisconsin – South #3 seed against Vermont.
  • Michigan State – Midwest #1 seed against winner of South Dakota and Chattanooga.
  • Ohio State – Midwest #6 seed against North Carolina.
  • Iowa – West #4 seed against Belmont.
  • Michigan – East #4 seed against Mercer.
  • Minnesota – South #9 seed against California.

Sports Illustrated (January 20)

  • Wisconsin – East #2 seed against Stony Brook.
  • Michigan State – Midwest #1 seed against Western Carolina.

Sporting News (January 20)

  • Wisconsin - #2 seed. Could play Boston, Robert Morris, South Dakota, or Georgia State.
  • Michigan State – #1 seed.
  • Iowa – #3 seed.
  • Michigan – #4 seed.
  • Ohio State – #5 seed.
  • Minnesota – #10 seed.
  • Illinois – Bubble Team
  • Indiana – Bubble Team

Shelby’s Bracket WAG – (January 23)

  • Wisconsin – South #3 against Delaware.
  • Michigan State – Midwest #1 seed against winner of NC Central and Vermont.
  • Ohio State – Midwest #6 seed against Tennessee.
  • Iowa – South #5 seed against Harvard.
  • Michigan – East #4 seed against Manhattan.
  • Minnesota – West #7 against North Carolina.
  • Indiana – Also considered
  • Illinois – Also considered
  • Purdue – Also considered

This bump still hasn’t been deadly since the Badgers have built up a nice resume. A loss to Purdue would hurt because even though it’s on the road, that would be considered their first bad loss (at least in my opinion).
