Offense was in short supply as the Wisconsin men's hockey team fell to Colorado College 3-0 Saturday night at the Kohl Center.

After a scoreless opening frame, Archie Skalbeck put the Tigers on the board with a goal at 1:58 of the second period.

Alexander Krushelnyski, who scored the game winning goal on Friday night, struck again with a goal in the latter portion of the second.

Mike Boivin scored late in the third period on the power play to put the game away.

Joel Rumpel made 19 saves for the Badgers in the loss.

Wisconsin (1-4-1, 1-2-1 WCHA) out-shot CC 33-22, but failed to put a puck in the net.

Adding to the frustration of the weekend, forward Mark Zengerle left the game with a broken finger and is out indefinitely according to head coach Mike Eaves. Zengerle currently leads the team in points and assists.

The Badgers will have an opportunity to regroup as they are off. Wisconsin will resume play on Nov. 16 when they travel Minnesota for a two-game series.
